On Vodka field, for example, a very precious packaging is requested but with also a U-shaped seal in according to the law.
We studied a specific solution to grant a perfect application, using a machine with two separated carrousels.
• The first carrousel is composed of smoothing pincers that smooth and close the U- or L- shaped seal that are distributed at the entry through a labelling station in vertical position.
• Around the second carrousel there is the labels application through oscillating label box labelling stations.
XRMO 6P 8T range can attain a throughput until 6000 bph.
